A custom PC build gives you control over what goes into your computer and where your budget is spent. Instead of settling for a prebuilt machine with too much of one thing and not enough of another, we can design a custom computer around how you’ll actually use it – whether that’s gaming, school, everyday work, video editing, content creation, or demanding professional applications.
Our PC building service can handle as much or as little of the process as you need. Tell us your goals and budget and we can recommend, source, and assemble the components for you, or bring us parts you’ve already purchased and we’ll build from what you have. A great parts list only works if everything works together. We’ll make sure your motherboard, CPU, GPU, RAM, storage, power supply, case, and cooling components are compatible.
High-performance components need the right power supply and cooling. We’ll build your PC with proper airflow, adequate power, and cooling that makes sense for the hardware inside.
Good PC assembly is more than plugging parts together. We’ll securely install your components, route cables properly, and build a clean, organized computer that’s easier to maintain and upgrade.
New components can occasionally arrive defective or cause unexpected problems. As part of your custom PC build, we’ll make sure the assembled hardware is working properly before it leaves our shop.
Want to add more storage, RAM, or a better graphics card later? When possible, we’ll choose and arrange components with future PC upgrades in mind so your computer can grow with you.

We can help select the CPU, GPU, motherboard, RAM, SSD, power supply, cooling, case, and other components based on the games you play, the performance you're looking for, and your budget.
You don't need to know anything about PC hardware to get started. Tell us what you want the computer to do and how much you want to spend, and our custom PC builders can help with the rest.
Yes. If you've already purchased your CPU, graphics card, motherboard, case, RAM, storage, or other components, you can bring them to us for professional PC assembly. We'll review what you have and build the computer using your customer-supplied parts.
Because we didn't select or supply those components, customer-provided parts are subject to our waiver. If you're still shopping, we can also help check PC component compatibility before you buy or handle component selection and ordering for you.
Most custom PC builds require a processor (CPU), motherboard, memory (RAM), storage, power supply, case, and cooling, plus a graphics card (GPU) when the computer's intended use requires one. Exactly what you need depends on whether you're building a gaming PC, video-editing computer, workstation, or everyday desktop.
You don't have to create the parts list yourself. Tell us how you'll use the computer and your budget, and we'll recommend compatible components without pushing expensive hardware you don't actually need.
It depends. A custom-built PC can give you greater control over performance, component quality, upgradeability, cooling, appearance, and where your money is spent. That's particularly useful for gaming PCs, video editing, content creation, high-performance workstations, and specialized applications.
But not everyone needs a custom computer. Sometimes a prebuilt PC is the better value, and we'll tell you when that's the case. We can also help you choose and set up a new computer if a custom build doesn't make sense for your needs or budget.
We can absolutely make your new custom computer ready to use, but services beyond the physical PC build are quoted based on what you need. That can include Windows or operating system installation, software setup, updates, account setup, and other configuration.
If you're replacing another computer, we can also provide our data transfer service to move your photos, documents, folders, and other important data to your new custom PC.
Warranty coverage depends partly on the individual components used in your custom PC build. Many CPUs, GPUs, motherboards, power supplies, storage drives, and other PC components include their own manufacturer warranties, and we'll provide the applicable warranty information for parts we supply.
If a component develops a problem later, we can diagnose the computer and help facilitate an applicable manufacturer warranty claim. Our standard diagnostic fee applies to future troubleshooting, and warranty terms vary by component and manufacturer.
