Our diagnostic service starts at $87.50 plus tax and includes up to 30 minutes of troubleshooting and evaluation. Once we determine the cause of the problem, we'll provide recommendations and pricing before any additional repair work is performed. We never proceed with repairs without your approval, and additional work is always optional, so you'll always know your options before making a decision.
No appointment is needed for in-shop computer repair. Simply bring your desktop, laptop, or device into our Downingtown repair shop during normal business hours (M-F, 9-5). Our technicians will check it in, discuss the issue with you, and explain the next steps. For remote support appointments, one of our technicians will contact you to schedule a convenient time.
