COVID-19 Information:

At 12:01 a.m. on Sunday, March 15th, Chester County will close temporarily to stem the influx of COVID-19 cases in Southeastern, PA as recommended by Governor Tom Wolf.

Governor Wolf’s administration, as well as West Chester Mayor Dianne HerrinRep. Carolyn Comitta, GWCC President Mark Yoder, BID (Downtown West Chester, PA) Executive Director Malcolm Johnstone, West Chester police chief (West Chester Borough Police Department), and Chester County Commissioners ( Marian MoskowitzCounty Commissioner Michelle KichlineMayor Josh Maxwell), STRONGLY urge non-essential businesses (listed in the letter below) to close for 14 days to protect public health and safety in Chester County. While many of us are already staying home as a precaution, THIS SOCIAL DISTANCING WILL NOT WORK UNLESS WE ALL PARTICIPATE. We need a fully unified county to effectively stop the spread of this global pandemic — we need YOU.

We know this puts a strain on our local businesses and local economy. We promise to provide frequent updates with resources with relief for businesses impacted by this closure as we know more.

Stay safe everyone!
